Scope
This policy describes information processed when you visit the public site, create an account, add wallet balance or use an API key.
Request processing
API prompts and responses must pass through the gateway and selected upstream to provide the service. Operational logging and retention behavior remain under ongoing production review; this policy does not make a stronger no-retention claim.
Operational metadata
Authentication events, model ID, token quantities, timing, status code, IP address and billing records may be processed for security, abuse prevention, accounting and incident diagnosis.
Retention and account choices
Retention periods may differ by record type and operational requirement. Users may request account review or deletion through the support channel, subject to legal, security and accounting retention obligations.
International processing
The service connects international users with upstream model providers. Requests and associated operational data may be processed across jurisdictions required to deliver the selected route.
